At The Wiggles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned merchandise is in its original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all inserts and accessories, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
